We're in this together! In order to fairly accommodate everybody, here are a few policies you must keep in mind in order to make sure your next appointment runs smoothly

How do I find you & the Shop?
Shop Address: 6117 Brockton Ave, Unit 100 Riverside, CA 92506
The entrance to Uptown Grooming Lounge can be seen from Brockton Ave. Once you enter the building ask for Mel.
Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit covers your initial appointment and is taken out of the final cost of the remaining balance.

Late Policy
If you’re more than 15 minutes late yourappointment must be canceled for the day and WILL BE RESCHEDULED.
If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled. You will have to rebook and pay another deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Please do not hesitate to let me know if something comes up. I'm accommodating & can only help if communication is involved.
Please be advised that cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled appointment will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the service.

In the event of a no-show without prior notification, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
